International Missionary & Christian Women Department

The purpose of the Missionary and Christian Women's Auxiliary is to promote the gospel and missionary work in the homeland and in the International field and to motivate women of all ages to work more effectively to this end. During the Month of October we observe our Annual Women and Missionary Conference.

 

International Sunday school, Sunshine Band, & A.Y.P.U. Department

President: Evangelist Yolanda Washington

AYPU President: Minister Tiffarney Lee

Sunshine Band Supervisor: Minister Barbara McNealy

The purpose of the Sunday school, Sunshine Band & A.Y.P.U. Department is to promote Christian Education and effect spiritual, numerical and financial growth in member schools and associations that we might carry out the divine commission.  "Go ye therefore and teach all nations." In addition, to train children for Christian service and prepared them for the next generation. During the Month of July we observe our Annual Sunday school & Youth Convention.

 

International Deacon & Ministers Council

President: Asst. Presiding Bishop Preston Rolle Sr.

National Deacon Chairman: Deacon David Hicks

The purpose of the Deacon & Ministers Council is to foster the spirit of brotherhood throughout the membership of the Apostolic Church of Jesus, Inc., and to assist the International Organization in any profitable way to spread the Gospel of Christ more effectively. During the Month of December we observe our Annual Minister & Deacon Council.

International Usher Board

President:  Evangelist Veronica Hughes

 

The purpose of this auxiliary is to (1) provide supportive services to the Presiding Bishop, the Board of Bishops and the Convention Coordinators in carrying out the various phases of each program scheduled for the night sessions; (2) to render ushering service every night of the A.C.O.J., Inc. General Session; (3) to minimize distractions during the sacred moments of Delivery of the Word and the Call to Discipleship.

International Music & Sacred Arts

President:  Minister Rose Kirby

It is the mission of the International Music and Sacred Arts Department to interpret the gospel of JESUS CHRIST though the fine arts, serve as a model of excellence, and to be an attraction to the Apostolic Churches of Jesus, Inc., to the international community for the Glory of GOD and the prorogation of the faith.

International Department of Evangelism & Outreach                              President: Evangelist Mary Duckett

The purpose of the International Department of Evangelism & Outreach is to go onto the entire world to reach souls for Christ Jesus, teach souls about the way of Christ Jesus, and preach to souls the word of Christ Jesus.  We also will be used to bind up the broken hearted; set at liberty those who are bound; and speak deliverance, peace, hope, joy and faith to all mankind.  We will offer salvation according to the holy word of God which does include water baptism in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and the receiving of the gift of the baptism of the holy ghost (spirit) that was initiated (instituted) and practiced by the first century church as recorded in the historical book of Acts in the blessed scriptures. We will go into the highway and hedges and compel all to come to Christ, for like Joseph our branches will run over the wall.  We will use godly inspired methods and ideas to win the lost and any cost.
